With the language barrier it was very difficult communicating what we wanted and in the end they transposed 2 of the colors! Overall i was not very impressed with Rainbow Painting and would not recommend them. They were nice but tried to jack up the price by $200 saying we had too many colors but we already had a written quote stating the colors. We are still finding paint drips all over and the lines between colors and ceiling are not very clean. I asked them to clean the tops of the mirrors where they didn't mask and got paint on them but never never did. There is paint on the carpet on the sides of the steps (brand spanking new carpet!)

We are very pleased with the work done. It was very important to us that the contractor we hired carried insurance, and Rainbow Painting does. There was a problem with communicating with the workers on the first day, but after that there was always someone who could understand our concerns. We were able to tell the painters what things we wanted "fixed," and our requests and concerns were acted upon very quickly. I was very thankful that they, without being asked, covered the vehicle of our neighbor before doing work on our house. How thoughtful!

I only had communication with 1 person -- Her name is Michelle -- It was so nice to be in contact with a human being that was so courteous, so pleasant, so professional and just a pleasure to do BUSINESS with! This company really knows what they are doing -- No answer machines to deal with -- Michelle deals directly with the customer -- And the crew that did the painting was outstanding -- Very clean, neat and they did not leave anything behind -- I only wish I had another house to paint! I will recommend this company to our real estate agent (who always needs a great contact for residential painting) -- I will use this company for any future painting projects I have ...
