RAIR installed an HVAC system for me a couple years ago. The installation went great and crew was pleasant to work with. However, every heating season, the system gets stuck on 'heat' and won't shut off until it triggers the AC or I go outside and turn off the breaker. They come out and fix it and it works correctly for a little while and then the issue comes back. This fall it has done the same thing again. I have reached out to them through their website, by phone and facebook (5 times total)and get no response. This is a warranty issue and yet they charged me a diagnostic charge for one visit and now they don't want to honor the warranty.
