Bob started out good but slowly did not show up on the job to correct mistakes by his crews. He now has not completed my beach cottage started Sept 2017.The job is 80 percent completed and I cannot get him to commit to finishing the job. The plumber, electrical and concrete firms refuse to come back and finish because of issues they have with Bob. I am disappointed with him and he does not live up to his word and I am now going into the winter with my beach house not completed and pipes subject to freeze and the underneath is not insulated from the weather. Too many other items to mention. All I get is excuses, excuses. Tired of it and I must take other actions to get this completed.

Bob is a great guy and the owner of the company. Extremely reliable and someone who gives an honest estimate and sticks to it. I purchased a home in Brookfield and had to remodel the master bedroom by removing closets and turn a small bedroom off the master into a walkin closet. Bob and his crew did the job and you would never know that the closets were ever there as it opened the entire room up and the walk in closet (former small bedroom) was done in such a way that you would think it was originally built that way. Good and honest contractors are hard to find and RAK is one of them. Next spring I plan on hiring them to do a basement refinish.

Very thorough. He is very attentive and listens while working with you to find a good price. He finds solutions and all around is a good guy to work with. No complaints.

He was great, had no problems through out the project, everything kept on schedule and he was easy to work with. It was a good experience and my wife and I are very happy.

Bob was very friendly; however, we were disappointment with how unorganized everything seemed prior to our project kick-off. For example, since he's a contractor, we assumed he'd have access to fencing supplies outside of Home Depot and Lowe's and that we'd be sent examples to choose from. Instead, I spent a fairly significant amount of time on home improvement store websites looking for examples to share with him. A bit of time lapsed before he actually went to the stores to confirm in-stock inventory so we ended up having to go with fencing that wasn't our initial choice and we were scrambling to find something just a couple of days before the install date (mind you, we were moving our household as well so time was very valuable). Additionally, I was a bit surprised he didn't follow up personally afterwards to inquire about our satisfaction with the work. Finally, Bob said he would send one of his guys over (or do it himself) to check the back gate latch that is very difficult to open or close. That issue has still not be resolved. Unfortunately, we would likely not recommend Bob again based on the observations shared above. If it was a small financial project, perhaps we'd feel differently; however, we spent over $8K and felt a bit more customer service was warranted.
