Ron is incredible. Plain and simple. In a time where itâ s hard to get a service professional to answer the phone or call you back, he responded to my call on the same day and installed a new water heater for me three days later. Not only was he responsive; he was also professional, respectful of my home and his pricing was way beyond fair. If that werenâ t enough - he is super friendly, has a great sense of humor and loves dogs! I could not recommend Ron enough. Proof that unicorns exist - Thanks Ron! :)

We have hired Ron for a number of projects; fixing a massive leak in new pipes (not HIS fault!) to repairing an old bathtub drain pipe before selling a house to installing a water line for an ice maker. Ron returned my call for service promptly and asked good questions to be sure he understood the problem. He scheduled a time, called to confirm he was on his way and showed up on time. He was very polite, reviewed what he would be doing before he started and provided me with an estimate in advance. He did the job perfectly and afterwords explained/showed what he had done. His rate was very reasonable. I will absolutely be using Ron again for other plumbing issues. After having several local plumbers come in for other work over the years - and always feeling that they were overcharging me, I can say that Ron is trustworthy, fair and a genuinely good guy.

Ron is easy to work with. I have a flexible schedule and he met me at my home spontaneously to help fix some piping for me. His prices are very reasonable and I am happy with the work. Will use him again.

Ron came out next day at agreed upon time. called before arriving. worked in rain and moved heavy equipment down tiny winding stairs with no complaints! cleared blockage quickly and discussed issues and options going forward in friendly down-to-earth manner. Ron gives you the big picture scenario but takes cautious honest approach to big costly repairs. having dealt with a BIG company that comes into your home and acts like jerks, its SUCH a relief to find a Courteous Efficient Respectful Professional who is absolutely fair with pricing!

We have had a slow draining pipe for 11 years. A few years ago, our regular plummer came out and snaked it but nothing changed. When Ron came out, he used a snake machine and had to go down about 25 feet; it now FINALLY works properly. So happy and thankful it was an easy fix! Would definitely call him back again!! Reasonable rates too!
