I had a full replacement front door installed with a side window and storm door and Window Concepts was great to work with. The installer was very friendly, walked me through what he was doing and cleaned up great when he was done. I had 3 estimates done and they were by far the cheapest and it was the same door manufacturer as one of the other companies. Very satisfied!

We are very happy with our new sliding glass door. What we liked best when comparing to other companies was that it is triple paned. The installers were professional and courteous. They were efficient and cleaned up after themseves. We are very satisfied with Window Concepts.

Good job with tub/shower replacement to my great new shower. I especially like the rain fall glass doors!

I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines.

Very friendly, cleaned up when finished, even fixed a base board they noticed was pulling away from the wall, started the job and did not stop unitl it was done, very happy with the look of the doors, now I think the garage door needs updating to keep it reputation.

The windows are very nice and I can already tell a difference in the temperature of my home. It is much more consistant. My AC did not run as much and now my furnace doesn't run much either. Winter will be a big test. The windows are nice to look out and easy to move and clean. The three man crew that came to my home did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient. The head guy new exactly what he was doing and had been doing this type of work for a long time. The other two followed his directions well and were good workers as well. Will have them back to do the second floor windows next year.

We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product.
