"Vijay, I am sorry that you feel this way. We installed your roof in cold weather, as you were in need of a roof replacement at that time. The shingles were stiff and some of those cap shingles that you referred to, when nailed down in a stiff, cold state, did not settle down as we expected after warmer weather set in. We did come out to inspect a couple of times after finishing the job and even repaired an area above your garage that was cosmetically unpleasing to you, which was due to the sub-framing of the original builder that was up and down causing the surface structure to be wavy, in an attempt to make you happy. We did this even though it was shingle/roofed within the manufacturer and Warranty guidelines. The last contact that we had with you was in October, just prior to much bad weather and then heading into cold and wet Winter weather. Our plan was to come out in the Spring (Now) to take care of the cosmetic issues that you were not happy with, as we promised. None of the issues that you brought up were functional, they were just cosmetic and not threatened by the weather. I am actually a bit surprised to NOW hear from you, through this review rather than a follow up call or email since October?? Regardless of all stated above, we would be more than happy to come out there within the next week to resolve the issues as we told you we would do. Please contact the office to schedule.
