I wish I could give Charles and Voltan Electric more than 5 stars. Absolutely exceptional. I had a serious electrical problem with my motorhome after someone working on my generator caused an electrical issue that damaged my transfer switch and left multiple things in the RV without power. By the time I called Charles, I had already been dealing with this problem for days and had gotten different answers from different people. Charles came out and knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem. He didn’t guess and he didn’t start changing parts hoping something would work. He systematically went through the electrical system, found the problems and got everything working properly again. What impressed me even more was his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to actually take the time to figure out what had happened. Motorhome electrical systems can be complicated, especially when you’re dealing with 50 amp shore power, generator power, transfer switches and multiple circuits. Charles handled it like someone who truly knows electrical systems. I’m a contractor myself and I’ve dealt with a lot of tradespeople over the years, so I know the difference between someone who knows their trade and someone who doesn’t. Charles knows his trade. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and extremely thorough. After everything I went through trying to get this problem resolved, finding Voltan Electric was a huge relief. I needed to have the electrical panel in my home replaced. Not only did Charles did a wonderful job he was polite, clean and work safely.
