I had a problem with this contractor the moment I signed the contract. He asks for 85% up front and once he gets it it's down heel from there. He slacks on job doesn't show up sometimes and does bad and unfinished work. Be careful and stay clear! And he is not licensed to do work in Wichita the city will tell you that.
