Last Jan.5,2024, I looked up to Thumbtuck apps in order to look for a very reputable plumber with great reviews, to do the annual maintenance to our Noritz tankless water heater specifically the descaling and changing of the filter. I chosed 3 companies and hoping one will get back to me by Monday, considering it was around 7pm Sunday when I did checked. At about 20 minutes or so, I received a text from Mr. Wesley Hatfield inquiring about the plumbing services that I needed. And in like 2 minutes he called me and I was literally surprised considering it was Sunday, he verified my concerns and I told him that my tankless is running or operating well and all I need is the annual maintenace and the changing of the filter, he asked to take a photo of the filter for him to have the idea of the size. I took a photo and sent it to him. Right then and there he said he can do it and he will be doing the usual checking of the system while also doing the maintenance and I asked him about the price range of the work and he was up-front of telling me the cost which I do appreciate. And on top of it, he gave me a 5% discount as a first responder🙌. After our conversation, I told him that I will touch base with him the following day as I have to inform my husband. The other 2 companies, reach out to me by Monday and we decided to hire Mr. Wesley Hatfield. He came today January 9, 2024 and he was very professional updating me of his TOA, this is what I appreciated with him, he valued the time of his clients. He arrived on time, checked the tankless system and right then and there he mentioned some drawbacks from the previous plumber who installed our tankless and I do appreciate his honesty. He checked also our PRV ( pressure reducing valve) and advised me to have it changed ASAP, as it isn't working right anymore and it can potentially damage our tankless water heater and also can cause a potentially property damage in just a matter of time. He explained it well and I learned something new. Learning is great! He gave me a deal and we agreed for him to change the PRV. So he did our annual maintenace to our Noritz tankless water heater and even adjusted the placement of our existing filter that was horribly installed by the previous plumber who did our tankless system, without extra charge👍🏻. Overall, I am very happy with his work and for being so professional with his job. Very clean and very knowledgeable. I already have his number in case we decided to change our tankless water heater system. I will surely have his services again, and will highly recommend him to my friends and family. I highly recommend you make this your go to plumber. I called him out for a bad smell he did everything he could to find a solution but it was evident I needed to replumb all my drainage. He worked with me and did it for a good cost and that smell was instantly gone. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
