R.A Potter Construction Co is outstanding! I have been a home owner for over 25 years. He remodeled my kitchen and living room. He was there everyday in the job. His work is exemplary, he is highly professional, honest and worked hard ( harder than me) to stay with in my budget. The customer service and his availability to discuss and concerns ir changes I wanted to make a long the way is unmatched, especially these days. He kept the the schedule, even showing up on weekends to get the job done. Usually home remodels are stressful but Richard made it easy. I would recommend him without reservation. He is a rare gem!

The repair was of a water damaged 20 ft high ceiling and structure underneath. Excellent work, efficiently done, very pleased and would definitely rehire.
