The old roof tile was torn off in June and he did not finish the job until the end of November. He cashed my checks in June before the work on the roof was progressing. Not what we agreed to have happened. I have two different dyes and lots of tiles on my roof. He promised me when I gave him more money there would be enough title to finish my roof. Not the case now there is a line down the front of my roof where the tile does not match. Rich G works under someone else license. Check out his license before you hire him. He started my bathroom in May of last year. The workmanship was of the poorest quality. He put a cabinet in that was the wrong width so that the doors would not open without hitting the wall. He replaced the drawers to try and fix it but the person installing the cabinet put nails from the front on the filler piece. The nails should not have been put through from the front. It still shows even though they tried to paint it. When he put the cabinet handles on, he split the split the wood on the drawers and it damaged the white finish on the front. He did not even show up to try and look at the drawers himself. He did lighting. Lights were put in the closet that are useless with the shelving. He did not put lights over the sinks or mirror area where lighting is needed in a bathroom, I did not get LED Flush mounts like he told me were being installed. The lights are outdated lights per the contractor I had to hire to finish the bathroom. The new floor tile was not protected and has scratches on that Rich will not agree to stand behind. The grout is already washing and has voids where it was washed before it was dry. Rich G does not even know who did my floor. I paid him to be my contractor and he can not even help me find out who installed the floor. He will not even answer my calls about the floor cost. He agreed to do my closet doors in my contract He did not do the closet or any of the doors in my bathroom. It has been 8 months since he started the job and is not returning to finish. He did not have a problem cashing my checks. He did not replace the trim or do the window treatment as agreed in my contract. I could go on, but I would never recommend him do any interior work. Unfortunately, he did my roof also. That is another problem. I have tile on my roof that does not match.

I would like my money back to get someone competent to come and fix the food. when this shows up when you call, they offer a warranty, and to do a job for 46 weeks they say they can do it the next day. They started July 20th and for over 5 weeks they have not fixed it. you can see the dishonesty of not coming to correct the problem.

From start to finish Rich Gomes was prompt and kind when communicating, in all forms- text, call and in person. He was direct, respectful, and informative. The work was completed within days of signing contract paperwork. Satisfied with the final product of their work. We’ve hired them now to build a shed for us too.

One day service. He had a crew of 5 arrive at 8 AM and job was completed by 2 pm.

Hired to replace corner facia. Did corner and one side.over and above. Took down gutters and caulked,painted all facia. Quick responce and repair which was very important. Will definitely hire again and recommend

I needed roof repairs and inspection in a hurry. The contractor (Richard Gomes) came out on a Saturday morning to quote the job, and had a crew in that afternoon. The crew completed the work on Sunday -- repaired roof, refurbished my chimney, repaired stucco, reinforced patio supports, removed damaged gutters, repainted roof trim. When they came to clean the roof on Monday, they also cleaned my driveway. I was very impressed with the quality, speed, and price of the work, as well as the overall professionalism of Richard and his crew. I look forward to hiring them again.

RA Reymann came to my house within a couple hours to do the estimate. Very fair price. Their roofing team was out a couple days later to repair my roof - Superb job! They were flexible with payment plan. I highly recommend RA Reymann for your roofing repair job!

Service was NOT timely, company owner over committed on free work that was never performed. After taking two months to complete work, received texts and calls from company owner pushing for payment. Not exactly lead by Example supplier!
