As the result of the house inspection, the attic an was reported as not operable. Theo from RAS Electric called and arrived on time the next day. During his inspection, he discovered that the switch for the attic fan was not in the "on" position. When it was turned on, the fan worked fine. After thanking him, I asked what he charged and his response was "No charge." It is truly refreshing to encounter a contractor who is not only experienced and qualified but has integrity. (One of the contractors who called told me that I needed a new attic fan.)
