Not fare on quote Quoted 300 for job then increase price when completed to extra 90 dollars Said he would do job for 300 never mentioned that was just labor!!!! Should have given a detailed written estimate to tricky can't use him anymore . The rest was material's that was not included. Largely my fault for not investigating him further!!! He could have been honest saying 300 plus materials I would have understood that Right!!!!

He completed part of the job but he didn`t finish one of the items on the list. And when trying to Confirm a date and time that he would be out. to replace the rail on the fence! He stated that he could not give me a specific date and time to come out and finish the job.
