Darren Adams called right away and arranged to come the same day to look at the work that needed to be done. He came back the next day and completed the job to my satisfaction.

My experience with R&D has not been very pleasant. Daren was late for our first appointment and couldn't make our second appointment. He also didn't return my phone calls to set up our third appointment in the time frame he had specified. Eventually he reached out to me to apologize for my troubles, offered a partial refund and said he would come by the next day to finish the project. He didn't show for that appointment as well. As it stands now, my project is still unfinished, I have yet to recieve my refund and I have not heard from Daren. Working with R&D has been nothing but a hassle.

Our project is ongoing, and we're expanding it, due to their work being excellent to date.

I had a pet door installed. The service was professional and they were able to schedule installation within a day, which was what I needed. The charge for installation was a little higher than I expected, considering it was a 1-1 1/2 hr job, but I would consider hiring them again

R & D was not very professional-would work a few hours then leave then come back-took almost a week to complete this very small project-a couple of days he'd make an appt and break it. Still hasn't showed to correct all the minor issues of the job that he promiced to do to finish the work.

Our experience with R & D Home Services revealed he is unreliable.. Took payment to "buy materials." Never purchased materials, never returned payment, did not come even close to completing job. Over the course of seven days made repeated promises to perform work but never showed up. Have to file a complaint/lawsuit in Superior Court to recover money from this outfit. Worst experience with a contractor ever.

Of the six wood slat shutters on my house, one was in pieces with several slats missing and two were about to fall apart as well. Not only did they schedule my repairs shortly after first calling them, but when they came out to reinstall them, they also replaced the anchors and used new screws to fasten them to the house. I appreciate the work they did for me, because I had tried on several occasions to repair the broken shutters myself and had spent hours ending up in total frustration at my inability to get all of the slats in place. And even if I had been able to get them together I know my efforts wouldn't have come close to theirs!

Very nice and knowlegeable. Everything was very clean when they left the project too.

Contacted us promptly. On time. Hard-working, eager to please. Underestimated time needed to do job, but stayed until finished. Very happy with results (mostly installation (knobs & handles, lights, rods & bars, toilet guts, shower cartridges etc)). Came back promptly to handle a few minor issues (not their fault) at no charge. Would use again.

R & D Home Services, LLC called and came out quickly and gave a reasonable estimate. The job was done efficiently and I was pleased with the end result as I had a hole in my stucco and the job they did matched up with the old stucco. They cleaned up well and left me instructions on how to help the stucco dry quickly .

R&D provided excellent service and their work was outstanding. I have never seen a crew that works as hard as these guys do with their ultimate goal being customer satisfaction. I would recommend R&D to anyone and I look forward to hiring them for anything I need done in the future.

R&D Home Services did a great job. I am out of state and unable to see the work so they took pictures of the completed project and emailed them to me. I am very pleased with the work, the quality, and the understanding of my needs. R&D went out of their way to make sure my home repair needs were met and exceeded even on a Sunday! The jobs were completed very professionally and within expected timeframe. The contractor was very knowledgeable and new exactly how to fix my problems at my rental property. I would use R&D again in the future.

This was an awesome experience! I was looking for someone to complete a few small projects around my house, as well as set up a playset that I had bought for my kids at home depot. They charged what I believed was a fair amount. I chose them because they new exactly what I was talking about. Very friendly to work with.The project was completed on time and in budget. They did not ask me for more money for any unforseen expenses. They arrived at my house on time. They cleaned up after themeslves. They took extra care and time on this project. The final project was amazing! I would highly recommend them! I will use them soon! Awesome!

Late for first appointment, when he finally arrived the work was good, but he had to come back another day to finish, time was set at 1:30 pm didn't show till 6pm,

They are extremely easy to work with. They do quality work and are very respectful of you and your property. We had to schedule another time for them to come back and complete the job as it was more complex than what we all initially thought, but they came back and did an incredible job with finishing up and also the clean up. I'll definitely use R&D for my future handyman jobs.
