Great Great Work

This repair came out way above my expectations! The precision is amazing!

Personable, willing to negotiate

This was a repair for two places my cats scratched at. I had asked if they could get up adhesive because I had already tried to replace the carpet in one of the areas. They said yes but then came and said they would not be able to get it up and also said that I had done such a perfect job which concerns me because I did a little to no research on how to repair carpet. Only taken 15$ due to them only fixing one small area off the 175$ I am paying. Mind you these two spots together are maybe 1ft by 1ft. He then rips up a long strip from the damaged spot that was unnecessary and I was not warned of how he was going to cut it. He told me he could take the carpets from my back closet to fix it but then later told me he could not anymore and was he was trying to take it from other places but I told him he had done the back closet. I do not understand why you would go ripping things up before examining the situation. At this point I can t watch anymore he has stressed me out and I m trying to trust him as a professional the best I can. But later I walk in and there is 2ft by 4ft of my carpet in my closet replaced with carpet that does not look anything like my carpet. Not only does it look just awful because the color but the size is astronomically different than the damaged area that was fixed. It was so unnecessary for him to take that much carpet out of my closet to fix not even a 1 by 1 foot damaged area. If they say anything about just sending pictures to match your carpet do not do it. I have light beige carpet with a little length and sent 4 pictures of my carpet, up close, far away, in the light and out of the light. If you were going to mistake this color for anything it would not be a creamy white. He brought a dark gray carpet that was not even close to the same texture. I feel that I was taken advantage of. Due to this very very very bad job I lost my $575 deposit and paid $160 for nothing. They made my situation worse. I wish I could get my money back or at least save someone else from using them to repair their carpet.
