Ron is a much-needed breath of fresh air, in the world of dishonest handymen. Excellent communication skills. Each day, he would call to tell me he was on his way, each time that he needed to leave the job site, he would explain why, etc. Superb sense of time management. If a task he was doing was taking longer than expected, he would change gears immediately, to use the time on the job wisely. Admirable determination. Worked hard on the tasks he was hired to do, and followed through until the job was complete. Personable and polite. Interacted in a friendly and professional manner. Due to this, I recommeded Ron to friends and neighbors.
