Arrived right on time. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He had my heat pump up and running inside 1 hour. Would recommend to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

I ordered/contracted a new oil hot air furnace and a new air condtioner. Some delay was experienced in obtaining product (furnace)from Mfg (Thermopride). Misunderstanding occurred re selection and delivery of the air conditioner. I requested American Std 3 ton unit with Puron coolant. Comany quoted without referring to coolant type. Company delivered unit with R22 (old type) coolant. Discussion with installers took place after new R22 unit was in place. I accepted product as delivered, however, I felt this situation could have been avoided. My sense is that good equipment was delivered but not exactly what I ordered.

The service was extremely prompt. They came the very next day (8:00 am). Job was completed in less than 1 hour. It was an overall good experience. I will definately use them agin should problems occur.

I was quoted a certain price for maintenance on my ac, but my bill was $30 over that quote. When I questioned it no one was able adequately explain it and the charge was removed. While the charge was removed, the feeling that someone tried to take advantage of me was not. I would not use this company again for that reason.
