R. B. Builders, LLC

Rick single-handedly saved my project. My wife and I had spent a year working with an architect to design an addition for our home. When we started to get bids back we realized we weren't going to get what we wanted within our budget. That was until we met Rick. He managed to work the numbers and built a proposal such that we could afford to do the project and choose what areas we wanted to invest more or less into the project. During the project I was impressed how even though we were on a tight budget he never cut corners. For example, the window trim that came with the siding kit was unattractive and left no reveal and although I noticed it I didn't bring it up. Next day I come back and the trim has been replaced with new 1x4 trim with a reveal because Rick noticed, didn't like the look, so took it upon himself to get something better without raising the price on me. That says a lot about the level of pride he takes in his work vs just being a "git 'er done" guy. As someone who has been remodeling homes for 10 years I can't tell you how rare such a quality is. Plus he was also courteous and professional and frankly a great guy. I now consider him a friend and he will be the only GC I call for any projects going forward.

He is truly honest and reliable. He informed us of what and when the next steps were going to happen.

Rick found the time to come provide an estimate. He was experienced, knowledgeablae and very personable. We will begin remodel of the two bathrooms theen extend to the kitchan and then an addition. We are very comfortable with him to complete these improvements.

Rick is a great guy who gets the job done! He stayed in touch to let me know when he would arrive and worked till the job was complete. We would recommend him and call on him again.
