Raymond Barro is very good. His cal helped me getting my kitchen remodel permit. He finished the whole thing before his promised date&time. I'm very satisfied. My only complain is that he's too busy to take calls. So prepare everything, be patient and he'll do his job and get back to you.

I have a 1960 California ranch style house and wanted advice on a seismic retrofit. Ray inspected the crawl space and home and came up with a structual plan based on a detailed stress analysis. He was excellant in explaining the details of what needed to be fixed and why. Overall, I think he did a great job.

Raymond Barro is a gem, very customer friendly. Resonded quickly, thoroughly and competently. My job was small, but very important to me. His fee was more than reasonable, and his work product exactly what I needed. His timeline was brisk. After many years of bad experiences with civil engineers, whose main interest was in billing, making a big job out of a small one, and covering their ass, not providing a cost-effective solution, Raymond Barro has been the best.
