Raul took photos to show me that he had done plenty of insulation. When I went into the attic to check something 4 months later, I saw important areas he missed, including one he claimed he did and even charged me extra for. He does not return calls. He does initially give low rates, but he charged more at the time of the job, did not do work that he promised in more areas than I have mentioned, including not putting in ventilation shoots. He seems like he gets a real lot of business from good initial quotes, so I do not think he cares about call-backs or helping out, or the quality of his work, rather more about the money, itself.

I needed some one fairly fast as I was selling my home. Raul was easy to work with and got the job done by the time I needed. His company did a great job with the spray foam insulation.

Raul was so nice on the phone and got the job done quickly and was done well. The spray form insulation was perfect!

They took a deposit, never did the work and they are refusing to return it. Paid half down. Raul said it was in the mail, then said he would stop over then said he had an out of town emergency. Still waiting.

They should let the customer know exactly what is going to be done with the job. That was not done. It was incompetent service.

We were initially impressed with Raul and his bid. He and his crew came and completed the job in a timely manner. Raul said they would cover the items in the attic, they did not and we had to clean up the insulation. After we paid him, he said he needed to return to add weather stripping the next week. He did not show, so at two weeks we texted him and he asked who was texting him. We responded with name and address, he did not reply or ever return to complete the job. Very disappointed as it has been 4 weeks since the job was completed and cold air is leaking in where the weather stripping is needed.

I really liked that they took pictures to show me so I could see before and after as well as they did what they told me they were going to do. The young man who.did the work was very nice. He cleaned up inside and even rehung a paper blind back on the window. Raul was on time, pleasant, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The estimate was $900 less than the others I received. They arrived on time, finished promptly and had me inspect their work (insulation & drywall). No complaints; I would recommend them to anyone contemplating a similar project.

I don't write reviews often but wanted to give a positive recommendation for Raul and his business, RBP. They installed spray foam and blow-in insulation for us and did a nice job. I got three bids and went with Raul because I believe he best assessed our needs. His services were fairly priced for the work performed. Insulation is a tricky business, and our small 100+ year old home is tricky as well ... tight spaces and weird corners in every inch of our install. I believe he went the extra mile to do it correctly in a way many others would not have for the price. Raul is a straight shooter, he and his crew were professional and polite.

Owner operator is one good thing for this company, Raul can start work within a week after assessment and comes to finish the job himself. By the way the initial assessment was free. Lots of companies charge you anywhere from $50-80 wether they finish the job or not.

Raul was very professional and did an excellent job.

This company has a problem with showing up on the date they say they will be there. The blew the insulation but really botched the closing up and repairing the ceiling that they drilled holes in to to blow in the insulation and got the mud they used all over the garage floor. I had to go back over their cleanup to cleanup the garage where they were working;. I wouldn;t recommend them nor would I hire them again.

These services include smaller sub contracting medium size projects such as attic ventilation, insulation and several other trade specialties. Always reliable and trustworthy. I found them online initially and developed a good relationship with Raul and his team. I have recommended to other clients who have all received great service & results from RBP.
