Hired Rob to help with some remodeling at daughter's house. Went well initially but then he wanted the rest of the money upfront for two services that he has hiring subcontractors for. Since it had gone well, I paid and then it was nothing but delay after delay with the subcontractors. It took ten months. I wouldn't be writing this bad review but he did not pay the electrical contractor and now has a lien on my daughter's house. Talked to both of the subcontractors and there was never a reason for the delay on their side.

Rob went above and beyond to get the job done. Will use his service again and would recommend to others. Put up with all the changes and problems with a very old house. Job well done. Only delay was due to problem with delivery for something I ordered.

This guy is a thief! Would NOT recommend! He ran off with our $7k deposit for a bathroom remodel. We haven't seen him since. - I've texted him almost every month since last Dec.2020. He was paid in October 2020.¹ï¸

"We have scheduled with you to start your project and you decided to back out of our contract after our 30-day policy. We are not ones to not start and complete a project. Note all the reviews we have had before yours. When we are hired to do a job snd then told month over a month no need to start ASAP and then you cancel everything a week before the start date, we are not a funnel for your money to be held and returned."

We hired Rob and his team to prepare our son's home for sale. The house was well worn because of a large dog who did significant damage. We wanted the home painted, wood work repaired, carpet replace, doors replace and bathroom work done in a short time frame. Rob and team were fantastic and not only met our short turn around time, but did a wonderful job and was super easy to work with. We highly recommend their work.

I m so glad I hired RC360 Design to help me prepare my old house to sell as well as my new house for maximum comfort! It was a great choice to go with Rob (the owner); he contacted me right away, carefully listened to what I needed and had everything done well within my relatively short time limit of just a few weeks all for a very reasonable price for the quality of work. He just gave me a good vibe from the start, and that good vibe stayed throughout our several weeks of working together and this is coming from someone a bit skeptical of contractors in general! Rob was a great person to hire for the remodel of our basement. He was always there when he said he would be, and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. He was very helpful with some of the permits that had to be gotten and making sure what had to be done to get them. The work overall was excellent and done exactly when he said he would be. Just overall excellent work and will hire again for any future endeavors.

Rob is an incredibly motivated, helpful, and professional individual. He brought us some unique ideas, and more importantly; was able to get everything done on our schedule and on time. He went above and beyond multiple times to make sure that everything was taken care of. We were kept in the loop every step, and he was available for questions whenever needed. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the experience, and with home renovations and contractors - I get the sense that's pretty rare.

Rob, is passionate about his work which shows in his commitment to his client for quality, price value, timeliness and communication. A quality that seems to be lacking in today's service insured which RC 360 possesses is to say what they do and do what they say. Rob managed this project for me at my mother's home while I was out of state. There were problems discovered with the house after demolition which were documented with pictures and a reasonable solution. I knew what was being worked on every step of the way and a timeline.

This is not the kind of company I would expect HomeAdvisor to endorse. When I met with a representative (Rob) from this company about a porch flooring project for a rental property I own, my first impression of him was that he was professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. In the end, I found myself having to follow him up on an estimate/proposal, I was promised I would get it by that Saturday. When I never received it I didn?t bother calling again. I just simply placed his company in my flake/loser file and went on to consider other contractors.Consumers beware!!!
