Robert was wonderful to work with! He listened to my concerns and gave recommendations before he came out. When he came and assessed the situation, he was very thorough in checking and explaining. I decided to have the testing done even though there was no definitive evidence of mold; the test was done the same day Robert came out, the results were received quickly, and I received a very complete explanation of what was found (or wasn't found in this case.)
