They were fast and did a good job

Richard showed up at my home and requested money up front for the repair and after repeated calls he has never come back.

Mike came out with in 2 hours of our conversation. He was then there the next day to fix my problem. Came through when I need him to do so. Will keep his number as well as share my experience with others.

Very knowledgeable and very kind and friendly.

Repair man was not friendly, did not try the appliance to make sure it was properly running, so he had to come back. Trying to get him to return my call and to get him to come back was difficult. Did no clean up his mess.

Didn't come when he said he would past two times. Changed number and cannot get a hold of him. Paid for service, that has not been delivered upon.

Tremendous work by a very nice gentleman. The price was very fair and everything works like a charm.

Responded quickly and repair was completed after some scheduling issues were addressed.

RC appliance repair answered my call late Sunday evening. c Coordinated his visit with my busy schedule and fixed my washer in a timely and affordable manner.

Work was completed, but not on time. Not sure it is best the company requests full payment prior to returning to complete the job.

The techician was on time and pleasant. I would have them in my home again without hesitation. I'm so glad they were able to work me in so quickly!

Poor customer communication and follow up.

Richard didn't do anything to find the issue and spent more time writing the quote to repair. I turned on oven for him because he was trying to turn on burners instead of using touch panel for oven controls. I believe he just googled to troubleshoot, because I had done it prior to hiring repair tech. He stood in front of the oven with oven door open to see if it heated on a very hot day. The reason for the poor review was he wanted paid in full before having parts to repair or having done the work. He was a $75. (Trip charge) expense lesson. I paid that. Who gets paid $500 in full before they are prepared to repair? I understand a deposit, but with out having looked at oven and wanting paid in full in advance, no, not doing that!

I hired RC Appliance Repair to fix my refrigerator. Richard came out, looked at the refrigerator on a Thursday, and told me he could have it fixed in less than a week by the following Wednesday. He took $373.84 up front to fix the fridge. I went and rented a refrigerator for $35 per week to keep my food in until the repair could be made. One week passed and no word from Richard. I had to call him to find out the status. He tells me my parts are in and then schedules to come to my house and repair the fridge a week later. He said he'd show up some time between 8am and 12pm on the following Wednesday. At 12:30pm on Wednesday Richard is a no call no show. I call him. He told me there was some sort of mistake with ordering my part and it had not come in yet like he originally told me. He told me the part would be in the following morning (Thursday) and he would be at my house sometime after 2pm and have the fridge repaired by 5:30. At 5:35pm Richard is, again, a no call no show. I have to call him again. This time he tells me he got busy and lost track of time. I give him one more chance to redeem himself. He tells me he will be at my house the following Monday at 10am. At 11am Richard is, for the third time, a no call no show. I call Richard again and get his voicemail. About 15 minutes later he calls me back and now tells me he can be at my house in about an hour which is now two and a half hours later than he originally told me he would be at my house. I tell Richard that is unacceptable and ask him for my money back. Richard refuses to give me my money back. He is still refusing to give me my money back after doing no work on my fridge. I am also still paying $35 a week for a rental fridge and am now up to $100 in rental fees.

Had a little trouble but made it good

He diagnosed my dishwasher's problem within minutes and provided excellent quality replacement parts. The installation was quick and the results were fantastic.
