Carlos came and was supposed to install a new circuit breaker. The charge was $113.00 and 1 week after he left the guest area was out again which was why I had hired him to begin with. I have tried contacting both Home Advisor and RCB Electric. I started contacting both companies over a month ago and as of today I have not heard one word from RCB or Home Advisor regarding my 4 messages to each company. At this time I would not recommend either company for any service!!!!!

I was afraid that it would take a new line run to an outlet that was not working to fix the problem. But the disconnect wires (which were loose & in danger of causing significant problems) were found & fixed resolving not only the power problem to the outlet but also got rid of a possible big hazard in our new home.

RCB was a great company to work with. Everyone was excellent; from the young lady calling to remind me about my appointments, the estimation process was perfect, and finally to electrician, Tony who completed the final job!! I would highly recommend this company. I was very impressed with the quality of work, and excellent clean up, it was like Tony wasn't even here! I'm so glad he actually was, because now all the outlets and switches are safe and they work! Thanks again for the painless process.

I offered to provide pic of damaged breaker so tech would have part, Salesman never returned my call. Tech showed up next day, no part, had to go to wholesale parts supply for the part which cost me another hour + @ $99.00 per hour.
