I met the most charming person named Ray at the Allen Home Show in 2018. My fiancee and I decided to hire RCC Renovations to remove and install custom Kitchen cabinets and granite, along with the plumbing necessary to remove the dishwasher and replace sinks along with the kitchen faucet. The upstairs bathroom floors were added along with the plumbing necessary for removal and reseat of the toilets. The contract was signed on January 16, 2019. The work still to this date is not complete. Each of the Cabinet Doors had a different size screw which was not the correct length. I was not aware of that issue until one of the larger doors fell on my sons head and left an open wound. I called both Israel Ramirez and Ray. Israel did not respond to what had just happened to my sons head nor acknowledged any wrongdoing. Israel did not offer to send another contractor to correct the problem. After a few attempts on the phone, Ray responded and personally came to my house in Mckinney to replace all the screws. I do not know if these are the proper length only that the doors open and close. Ray took the door that was damaged after falling from my sons head to the floor and said he would have the door repaired. After a few calls, we learned Ray gave the door to Israel. I explained to both Ray and Israel that the upstairs bathroom toilets were leaking. After no response, I finally hired a plumber to re-install the toilets. The master bathroom toilet flan was broken and took several hours to repair along with the proper seating of the toilet. Israel did not offer to pay for the plumbing work. Ray was sympathetic to my complaints but stated only Israel could take care of the repairs. Today 12/26/2020 I called Israel to explain that the kitchen faucet was leaking onto the granite. Israel told me he was out of town and could not help me. I called and asked who was the plumber and who is the plumbing company. Israel did not respond. I called Ray who said he did not know who he contracted. So what does that say about their customer service? Are the plumbers even licensed? Why is it that Israel could not call a reputable plumber to fix my kitchen sink today?

"You, Laura G excepted the the work done at your home in mckinney the cabinets where order at your expecification and when the cabinets where set. you , Laura G change the design of the doors, so ray had to order new doors for the cabinets and there is the discrepancy happen, You excepted the cabinets and doors. You had a door that fell off ? and we repair it and re install back in to cabinets You did not meet me for the repair and the gentlemen that met me was rude and un-professional we don't work like that when customers are rude. don't need your business. and about the plumber citation you voided when you called a different plumber and did not called me, now You telling me that there all kinds of problems after the plumber You hired started minimizing the workmanship of RCC this job was completed March of 2019 and its December 2020 and know you want money back for what you paid the plumber for the repairs? that I never heard off. please I have done what is the stander of the repairs. and if You wanted RCC Renovations to go to the extra mile You need o be professional to people . you have voided any plumbing repairs You have excepted the cabinets when the job was completed.
