"Mister Beck, Thank you so much for your feed back, our main goal for 20 years has been to provide the best services to our clients. My stuff its urge by me, to take 10 minutes brake every 2.5 hours while cleaning larger home. The stuff may sometimes on brake, eat lunch, phone a family member, or smoke a cigarette. Whatever they choose to do on brake is fine with me as long as the customer is pleased with the service. Your wife did provide us with stellar feed back for our service. She did mention that you had several companies in the past, maybe we are being confused with another company.
