This company came in and tore up a 21x20 section of grass in the wrong area. Destroying my yard in the process. They swore up and down they would fix. Now I cannot get them on the phone. Do not use this company if you like your property. They will rip you off. Now I have thousands of dollars in repair to my yard because of their incompetence. The picture posted would be great if they had done this prep in the correct section of the yard.

Terrible experience, poor quality work, low-quality materials, dishonest and did not stand by satisfaction guarantee. Before we hired him, I asked if he was licensed and insured and he said of course, He is not after I found out he claimed his partner was licensed. He does not have a partner and that person was also not licensed. We made the decision to hire a general contractor to manage the sub contractors for a couple of reasons. - To get it done more quickly. They quoted less than a week it took over a month. - To free me up to do other projects and work. Rafael was absent and apathetic when present, so I had to manage all of his subs every step of the way. - So it would get done correctly the first time, so there would be fewer mistakes and less wasted materials. They provided no guidance on how much overage materials to purchase but 20% overage seems to be more than enough for simple flooring/tile. I bought 50% overage with the intent to return to keep a couple boxes and have extra to return. I had to purchase more and there was still none leftover. - The only materials they purchased were paints. The trim paint they purchased peeled off the first time I tried to clean the windows. - The finishes would be cleaner and look better... I have spent the past week fixing and cleaning their messes and still have a long way to go. - They also did not pull any permits for the work that required permits. Given their limited competence I had to schedule an inspection after I kicked them out and there were a handful of questionable results, that we will have to deal with whenever we decide to sell. - They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website and touted it when they were begging for the job. When I inquired about discussing a partial refund, I was told that was out of the question because the job was 100% done. The job was not 100% done and certainly not done correctly or to my satisfaction. I am currently exploring my options for recuperating some of the financial losses incurred but realistically the only real option is for me to try and warn people about these grifters.
