I found Rob on Thumbtack, and along with several other HVAC specialists, and after interviewing people and getting estimates, I chose Rob. He and his colleague helped me compare manufacturers and which systems to buy.. He replaced two heat pumps at our oceanfront beach property in Corolla, with a one year labor warranty. Here's what is also special -- three months later, we had a leak coming down from the ceiling and Rob got out there, unclogged a line, vacuumed the return box and drain pan which ended the leak. and outside, a PVC piece was off and he glued the piece back. He sent photos. This was not a 'redo' of his work, they were new issues, and covered under his warranty, so no additional charge. This is at a vacation rental property, and he did this on a Saturday in between guest check out and new guest arrival.
