I have no choice but to post this review and I am sad that I have to do so, but this review should serve as a warning to others dealing with either Ron Miller, the owner whose amateurish and careless crews had to redo the concrete flooring job and still left it looking horrible, after the second time or Ryan, the sales guy who misleads you just to get the job and move on. In February we hired them to get the floor ground, had cracks and divots filled, the floor was to be stained and protected with a moisture-resistant coat and then properly sealed. We picked grey color. When we came the color was actually green because the moisture barrier they used after their transparent stain was yellow, thus it changed the ending color to green. Also, we noticed poor grinding and a mixture of uneven sheen on the floor demonstrating the poor application of the final coat. I burst into tears when I saw that. So, they promised to redo this. They ground some more to eliminate the poorly ground job, took the green finish off the floor and they talked me into taking a lighter color which I agreed to....basically they put white stain to make a light gray, marble-like appearance which I liked. However, the cracks and divots had different finishes and colors and no continuity. Upon me seeing the job the second time when they redid it I could see the badly filled cracks with different colors, splashes of paint, the stain can imprints and footprints in the floor showing that they were careless, as well as debris stuck to the floor. I paid only 50% at the time and we had an agreement that they would come back and fix everything later as I had to continue with my kitchen installation. After 4 months the floor is now bubbling and peeling thus I do not think they used any moisture barrier the second time. I do not want them to come and fix it the 3rd time so I demanded they pay me back the 50% of the price I paid, considering I have to grind it all of in order to actually install something else on it. For a freshly remodeled house, the floor looks horrible because the workmanship was horrible Additionally, they have over-sprayed my brand new patio doors and I have had a hard time taking the overspray off. Just to be clear my husband and I were looking for a concrete finish floor that looks industrial and contemporary and we knew that because of cracks there will be imperfections. We did not mind seeing filled cracks but not horrible workmanship and quality...The whole experience has been simply a horrible mess. Now I have to go to CSLB to file a complaint because I am worried that others will have to deal with their amateurish approach to clients. DO NOT HIRE THEM... Ryan is a scam artist and Ron, the owner, ends up dealing with issues that his careless team could prevent and he does not follow through. They should not touch interior floors in residential houses and stick to the concrete outside and garage floors.

Good communications with the owner and job completed on time. There was a problem with where to stop the coating and that was just short of the garage doors. Install crew had started to install the material well past the garage doors when I noted the error. A quick phone call to the owner verified where the material was to be installed so the install crew cleared the material under the garage door and outside the garage before it dried. This means the owner needs to watch the installation to be sure the owner gets what they signed up for installation.

The project ran into technical issues with surface water. The owner was amenable to an alternate solution of the installation of floor tiles at no extra cost. The employees were always pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

Iâ ve been a contractor for forty five years in Washington state. This my first major job in the desert. Iâ m a three bid guy, and RC Epoxy was one of the three bids. I talked directly to Ron ( the owner) stand up guy, knows his business! Got on the job, no 1/2 before he gets there BS. Did a great job , we need more businesses like his! Better get on his list, when this virus BS gets over, heâ s going to be really busy. Bryan K

There was a slight problem because of rain the day they finished, so they came out several days later and put on another top coat. It looks beautiful now.

RC Epoxy took a 22 year old stained garage floor and made it look brand new. It was the first thing that I wanted done before we moved into our new home. We couldn t be happier with the outcome. The owner went above and beyond and even helped me pick up debris from a tree in the front yard that was attacking anyone that walked by it. The tree also had sharp needles on it and he didn t think twice about helping me out. This company is awesome!

RC Epoxy was an amazing team. They were on target with timing, quality of product, amazing service. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I've already shared their work and great experiences with my neighbors. Ron, the owner is an exceptional person. I rate them a 10..but I'm only allowed five stars rating, so sad...

The owner, Ron, actually drove by to show me the color selections, and gave helpful recommendations. Very friendly crew, showing up on time. 3 car garage took 2 guys 2 days from start to finish. They even put molding on the back wall to fix a gap between the floor and drywall. The garage floor looks amazing.

I would give them a 5....the garage looks fabulous....but the cleanup was not a 5. Overall, the job is/was great and I would highly recommend them. I think the price was a bit high, but then they do have to play by the California rules; regarding chemicals, etc. We are very happy with the end result.

We were very pleased with this company. The owner was the only contractor to actually test the garage floor for any possible moisture issue. The work was started on time and completed on schedule. We strongly recommend this business.
