RCG was a pleasure to work with. With the house being older, we had some small issues that they were able to take care of in a timely manner and communicated with me throughput the whole process. I would recommend them for any door or window project.

Communication was good, I knew what to expect and when. Price was fair. Installers were thorough and did a great job.

Was the only one willing to come discuss project without my husband being present. And he was the only one willing to leave a message when contacting me. Ed is a professional and a top notch salesman. He is also human. The process from start to finish was 99% flawless. The installers were knowledgable, professional and efficient. We were so satisfied that we are going to hire them for our new front door project as well. 4 thumbs up (mine and my husbands).

It's the little things that made a big impression; like being here to introduce us to the work crew, Always answering calls promptly, the peace of mind he gave us, checking the install himself when the men were done and making sure we knew how the windows operate.
