Richard did an excellent work. He repaired my wooden roof fascia by doing some heavy duty sanding. He is a hard worker. He did the work as scheduled and arrived on time every day. He is detail oriented and clean in his work. Just check his website and you'll see the amazing work he does on wood. Very good customer service and very professional. Would highly recommend him.

Usually use not licensed handyman. Tried a licensed one to compare work. Same work quality just paid more.

I dreaded having this job done, because I thought It would be a big hassle.Having Richard Cordova repair my fence was a easy and great experience.I wanted the work to tie in with the rest of the fence which consisted of stone and a combination of wood and aluminum posts. It looks identical to the rest of the fence. Richard was efficient, courtious, proffesional and the job was done in a timely manner.I am deffinitely going to hire him again! I have already reccomended him to some of my family and friends................ Thanks for a job well done Richard!!

Richard was here on time, he replace my kitchen sink and faucet. Did a great job, he was very conscientious and professional. He left the area clean and neat. Plan on using him do more home projects in the near future due to his excellent work and price.

not quality job at all! it took him twice to get a fixture installed properly! he came inside with dirty shoes so many times! very disappointed!
