Fortunately for me, James was first to call back, and happened to be in the area. He was at my home in about 20 minutes, gave me a quote and reasonable timeframe when he could do the job. I needed to get both an outside and inside electrical panel replaced. James was polite, price seemed fair, and he explained process and answered all of my questions and concerns before and after completion of my project. Highly recommend him!

James was fantastic! He was the first to call back when I was looking to get a generator and was quick to come out and give me a bid. His bid was spot on with no additional fees being added, he showed up on time and completed the work efficiently. He s also a nice guy, explained things really well when he was done and didn t leave a mess. My power just happened to go out the next day and it turned on like a charm. I would highly recommend him.

Fixed the outside PVC pipe going into the electrical panel outside... The pipe pulled away from the panel... Replaced it with a sturdier PCV pipe and replaced the ground and wires going into the house since a nest of a byrd developed in the panel where the PVC pipe pulled away... And we decided that those wires should also be replaced... They did an outstanding job and I could not be happier. Great work.

High quality work at a fair price. James is extremely professional, our project was delayed do to COVID-19 restrictions but James stayed in contact with us and got us back on his schedule as soon as our project was able to move forward. The quality of his work is top notch, I am a person who notices small details like how the wire is run down the side of the house, the way the panel is hung on the wall, the way the wires are organized inside the panel, and how clean one keeps their workspace. I believe all of these speak to the quality of work as someone who pays attention to these small things will rarely miss larger issues. James exceeded expectations in all off these areas and was willing to explain the work he was doing ( I am a curious person who asks a lot of questions at times). We will definitely be calling RCI again for a few future projects we have planned and will recommend RCI to anyone who needs an electrician.
