I was told oned price over the phone, when he arrived it was a higher price. He told me 3 to 4 days to get the results. It has been 12 days now and no results. I have called him checking on the project, he said he would call me back with the results and I have not heard from him yet.

Sample was taken promptly, but "computer problems" caused the report to came back a day later than promised, delaying my ability to close on sale of the property, and meaning that I have not yet found an abatement company. RCI recommended two abatement companies, but one of them will not answer the phone.
