His work is very good. Rob and his son completed all of the work on time and it was done correctly. They completely remodeled the bathroom, painted the entire inside of house, laid flooring in the kitchen, fixed some outside siding and a lot of other detailing. I would say he could do just about anything you needed done. I will use him again if I need too.

Would not recommend this guy to anyone . Bad service, really bad job on the siding, eventually had to let him go before the job was done. Hired another company to fix/finish up the job

"If you will remember Robert had a heat stroke and was hospitalized on this job. Because of the heat stroke he has been forced into semiretirement. You were refunded your money and you also complimented the work he completed before almost dying on your roof. I apologize but this is the first bad review we have received and it came over a year after the job, after you were you were well aware of the critical health issues from a heat stroke and after you were refunded and gave the work compliments."

I recently hired Terry to help me replace all the sheet rock that had fallen from the ceiling in my garage. Terry was able to get it all replaced and painted within just a few days. The project went according to plan, looks even better than before and Terry was able to complete it under budget. I highly recommend using RC Jones remodel for any projects. I plan to use them again in the future.

They do good work at reasonable price but Terry has trouble meeting meeting appointment dates and times. Several no shows.

Robert is very professional - was co-operative when some additional work came up. We did not have any idea as to how our problem would be resolved but the solution exceeded our expectations. Terry was definitely a professional. Did more work to make it right and didn t charge me extra. Came back the following day after paying him to repaint some areas that he and I wasn t happy with after it dried. I definitely recommend this business and will be using them in the future

He was going to repair the sheet rock holes in the garage that the plumber we fired because of poor quality work had punched to run pipes. Repaired most but left a couple of small holes untouched. He said he was going to paint it with some left over white paint he had but didn't. He went to hardware store to get the replacement door and had to return it because it didn't match the other door I told him to match it with. He said he was going to store to get the strike plate and left and returned but never installed the strike plates or the deadbolt. He said he could not figure it out because the heat got to him but he never came back to fix it.

Terry repaired damaged ceiling drywall that had been damaged by leaking air conditioning condensate. I had stipulated that the job needed to be completed in one day because my 85-year-old mother-in-law needed to be in her room most of the time. He stayed late and almost finished but had to come back the next morning to finish, which he did. His work was excellent. He was very personable and easy to work with. His price was also very reasonable. I would use him again and would definitely recommend him to others.
