Fraud. After two and a half months of stalling he promised my deposit would be returned then did not return after three weeks. I had to make two police reports for fraud.

I thought I read all his reviews but now that I"m going back I'm seeing for the first time these other reviews sharing the same thing. Makes me wonder if somehow he was able to hide them to give himself a better score. This is a SCAM. He comes out, he is very nice, he then ask for a deposit on the job and says he will get back to you and never completes the job. Because of the reviews and stars on Angie's list I trusted he was on the up and up. I've tried following up a few times via phone and text but at this point he has ghosted me and I'm out my deposit. I thought there were some protections using Angie's list but I guess I was wrong. As other reviewers have suggested I will file a complaint with BBB and police report in hopes someone can stop him from doing this to others.

MARC CALDERON IS A PROFESSIONAL LIAR, THEIF & SCAMMER! We hired him to buy a new front door and provided a deposit via check for $2400 which he cashed at FIRST NATIONAL BANK IN BASTROP. No door was purchased/installed and HE GHOSTED US!! We filed a police report and encouraging others who have been scammed by this looser to file police reports so this criminal will stop stealing and scamming from people.

THEFT BY DECEPTION - DO NOT HIRE THIS INDIVIDUAL. Mark Calderon of Texan Glass (512) 563 1726 AKA Central Texas Glass, AKA Texas Glass Care responds to inquiries made on Angi and/or Home Advisors. He gains your confidence by completing a small service and then on a second project, steals your deposit and ghosts you. BUYERS BEWARE!! I received a call from Marc Calderon of Texas Glass in response to an inquiry I made on Angi or Home Advisors powered by Angi on February 29, 2023. He quoted a project to replace a double paned window that had fogged and I hired him to replace the window. He completed the job as promised and on time. I contacted him again on December 4th, 2023 to provide window balancers for two windows and when he arrived, he upsold the balancers for total window replacements. He required a 479.32 deposit with a balance remaining of $311.09. I issued a check in the amount of 479.32 and the check was deposited in an account at the First National Bank of Bastrop on December 9, 2023. I have since contacted him on several occasions for completion of the job but he has basically stopped responding to my texts. On January 11th, 2024 he texted saying he had the flu and would be checking scheduling to see when he could get the project completed. He again stopped responding until I told him I would be filing a police report saying he was sorry we were having to have this conversation and promised to prioritize my project. Again, he stopped responding to my texts which leads me to believe he is stalling and has no intention of completing the project. As stated in my reports and this review, this man has done this before as evidenced by the complaints on the Better Business Bureauâ s site. This individual must be stopped. I have filed a police report, a consumer complaint with the Attorney General of Texas and several complaints with Angi and Home Advisors. I hope others will follow my lead and report the fraud to stop this individual.

I contacted Marc C to quote replacement windows damaged by another contractor. We paid him a deposit and the balance was paid by the other co and 5 months later we have not been able to get in touch with Marc via email, phone nor SMS. I have filed a consumer complaint and will be taking legal action. Don't hire this company, after reading these reviews I see he has done the same exact thing to numerous people.

The provider took a substantial deposit and never did any work.

After referring business to these guys, they came out performed an install, caused damage to the door then disappeared. Please contact the home owner or myself to correct the matter. I've tried several different channels to communicate still no response

Service was never rendered, I already paid in full. Unable to communicate with the company.

Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. They measured on a Thursday and installed the new glass on the following Tuesday. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. While I hope not to need replacement glass any time soon, if I do, I will call Texan Glass Care.

Replaced glass in 18 double paned windows that had fogged up. Quick turnaround and good communication. Marc was very conscientious in making sure vinyl trim strips all in place or replaced. Cleaned windows inside and out and made sure no debris left behind. I would use them again.

They do not do what they promise and they do not return calls they took my money and they have not started the job.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE Texan Glass Care I hired Marc Calderon on August 6, 2021, to replace the glass in 22 windows of my home. He requires upfront money to order glass. Only 12 windows have been installed. The lack of proper sealing allows the smell of smoke from wood-burning fireplaces to enter the house. Received an email today, November 12, 2021, from Marc stating that he will not be completing the job and had the audacity to instruct me to file a dispute with my credit card company for $3,112.07 to receive a refund.

I called and they were working on the broke window within 2 hours.

*HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE* Marc is good with words and looks very trustworthy. However, thats all a sham.. He took our money and has not shown up to complete the work. Email, SMS, Calls have gone unanswered despite leaving numerous voice-mail. I would not recommend him at all. I am writing this review after almost giving him a month to respond back.

Marc and Texan Glass are fantastic people that will go out of their way to make sure you get the best overall experience. Even when problems come up, they have solutions! Highly recommend!

Marc was extremely responsive and beat his competition on price and speed of project completion! I was quoted by four companies total and none could commit to the same quick turnaround as Marc did, not the great price point he provided.. Very professional outfit.

I needed a window repaired after an accident with the lawn mower. Most companies were quoting 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment to replace the glass. Texan Glass Care repaired it in one day. Mark was so professional, friendly, and kind. He came, measured the pane to be replaced, told me what the process was to get it replaced. He came the next day and replaced it. He kept me informed and did what he said he would do. I am so impressed. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to my friends.
