He was paid to build a basement door, did not complete the job and refused to return to the property. He ripped me off

He came put to our home on Thursday and gave us great prices but false hope. Said he was coming sunday and no show then texted sunday night saying he had a family emergency but left his phone at home,and wanted to call monday to reschedule for another time, we said yes and that's the last we heard of him. We even told him how many others where not dependable in the past, and yet he still does the same. Very disappointed....

I am not making excuses. I did have a family emergency that turned tragic. I called and left you a message. I am willing to do the work for half off the original quote or even for free."
