RCM was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Richard was very quick to respond to my request for a quote and came out the same day. He understood that I would need some time to get other quotes but he was much more professional and responsive than any other company that gave us quotes. We signed up pretty fast and recognized that we were not first in line. Richard checked in a few times to let us know where we were in line. He also checked in to see if we wanted to defer the work until after COVID. We agreed to stay on the list. And he was able to move our job up due to some permit delays on a different job. The day of the work his team was on time and very friendly. Richard stayed on site all day and checked in with me multiple times to explain the process and show me what was being done. The finished driveway looks fantastic!

Good quality work was completed. Removed and poured new garage floor. Some unexpected costs arose but was forthcoming on what additional options and costs would be. Would recommend work to other friends and family.

Richard and his team were very through and professional. Richard walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood everything that they were going to do. He was always very prompt in keeping me abreast of the whole process. After the project was completed Richard promised to come back and finish any additional work, he completed a potion of that. Has not returned to finish the work and is no longer accepting my calls.

Prompt initial follow-up. Rich, the company owner, came out, reviewed the proposed work, and provided us with several options. We had our front steps redone and driveway repaved. The work was scheduled and completed on time (2-day job). The work crew was friendly and cleaned up the work site daily. We re very happy with the end product. We plan to use Rich for a backyard project next Spring. Highly recommend this company.

Zero ratings on customer service!!! Richard Mort -RCM Paving , came out and did my driveway last year. The sidewalk entrance to the driveway was not done because it was in good condition. However, It was damage due to the heavy equipment running on top of it. Richard patched it up assured me it would be fine. Over time the area has eroded and looks terrible! I have called Richard numerous times, he assured me he would come out to fix it but months later it is still not fixed! I am very unhappy with their customer service.

I hired RCM to re-pave my driveway and repair a front door landing made of pavers. Although Im satisfied with the driveway, they didn;t finish the front landing. I called Richard Mort 4 times, spoke with his wife once, and spoke with Richard once. Richard stated that he would complete the front landing but no one has shown up to complete the job. I then called and left a message, but no one has returned my call. Unfortunately, I already paid for both services. I will not be using RCM services again nor will I be using Home Advisor.
