Roberto Nunez, owner of RCN called me in the evening on the day I placed the request. He agreed to come the next day to review the project, which is to remove snow and ice from my walk and driveway. As it happened it did snow that morning! He came right after the snow stopped, checked out the scope of the job, quoted the price and after my approval, got right to work. He agreed to return whenever it snows. No need to call. I am very satisfied with this arrangement. I can no longer get rid of the snow and ice myself. The driveway is a bit long and has a slight incline which can get icy if not salted. It is comforting to know that this job will be taken care of in the future. Mr. Nunez is a very pleasant gentleman, and I'm confident that I can rely on him to perform as promised.

RCN was extremely professional and their attention to detail was exceptional. They fixed a patio that was poorly constructed and made it exactly what I wanted. The work performed was alsondone in a timely manner. I would refer them to others.

Hired Roberto and his team after a bad experience with another landscaper. Not only am I happy with his work his customer service is exceptional. I was very impress with the fact that his team communicated with me that I had a very bad weed issue developing that he help rectify. I hope that this relationship continues to grow as I will be doing more landscaping work around the front and back of my home. He time is also very timely and shows up every week like clock work.

It was very humid/hot that day but the owner worked alongside his men to provide constant guidance. Before he began he showed me several pictures of his work and I was therefore able to see what he was capable of. We then discussed in detail what I wanted and he made suggestions based on the size of my yard, what type of plants I wanted and would the design fit in with my neighborhood. At no time was I made to feel stupid about what I wanted. To the contrary he welcomed my input. When finished my yard looked fantastic! I was very pleased with how it turned out and also pleased that he had incorporated some of my ideas. He finally made some suggestions for future changes to my yard. I shared these with my husband who was very enthusiastic. Therefore I would rate the completed work as excellent and can hopefully hire him again soon to have him add in some of his suggestions. Mr Nunez was professional, polite and easy to talk to.
