Robert is extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough with his examination and assessment of my foundation issues. He advised that I DID NOT need additional piers and that my problem was, more than likely, a drainage issue. He did say it could be a leak, but doubted it. He suggested I have a test for a leak just to make sure. I was thrilled to learn that I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars on piers. Great communication and prompt to respond. Robert was very easy to work with. He saved me a lot of money as his foundation evaluation revealed that I didn't need any piers. He pointed out other drainage issues and made some recommendations. I would hire them again!

I had my home inspected in 2019 by a License Property Inspector who found depressions in my roof. The Property Inspector recommendation was to have a Structural Engineer further evaluate the deficiency. Ten months after the Property Inspection report, I was finally able to get the Builder to take action and Repair the roof depression; however, after the repair was completed, I could still see a noticeable depression in the roof, so that is why I decided to hire a Structural Engineer. The RCP Engineer should have made it clear that he was only performing a visual inspection when we discussed price. My sole reason for hiring RCP Engineering was to obtain a professional opinion on the depression in my roof, where I could then take that professional opinion to the Builder for action are to use in obtaining legal action. I would not have agreed to hire and pay RCP $500 for a report titled Foundation Visual Survey and Roof Visual Inspection For $500 I was expecting a report based on tools and measurements, not a report that states. The inspection was limited to a Visual inspection and an evaluation survey.
