call was answered promptly and service was excellent and resonable,my unit is old but they left it running ilike new,great job

He came out to look at my spa, charged me $150.00, didn't fix my spa or replace any parts, just charged me the trip charge and now he does not return my calls. I have left several messages! Still have no working spa and paid $150.00 for nothing I guess. Unfortunately I don't have the extra $150.00 to give away like that. Not sure what to do now! Can't afford to call anyone else and get hit with those kinds of charges for nothing!!

Ron is a great guy. He does what he says he will do. It is the best pool around. He does both, regular water and salt water. He built a salt water pool in the neighborhood, mine is the best.
