RCS was very professional and knowledgeable of the products. I used another company 3 years ago who put an inferior product in. Make sure to do homework on brands of Garage Door Openers. Came same day I called which was nice.

The experience was easy peasy. I called to get a quote and quickly Ryan was at my house giving me a reasonable quote for replacing my garage door and opener. It was just installed today and it looks wonderful. My old door was removed and hauled away and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know anyone was there. The new door looks beautiful and is quiet.

RCS gave me a fair quote, showed me the different types of garage doors, value vs efficiency, and didn't try to sell me on one particular brand. They told me when the doors would arrive and scheduled the appointment quickly. The garage door installed came on time, started quickly and when he finished, walked me through the entire process before he departed. I was very pleased with their experience, professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to know what it's like to have new garage doors and having them installed right, the first time.
