Unprofessional ! The agreed to a price estimate (install 6 security cameras exterior) after meeting me at the job site and raised the price of the estimate by twice the amount. Deflected questions on giving price and made sure they spent time on the job for no reason. When I insisted with a final amount in writing, they did 1/3 of the job and sent an invoice for twice the amount. Issues: 1. Put Ethernet wires for the security cameras when builder already put the wires and charged for rework. 2. Changed the password on my NVR Device (Recording Device) and added their email address and they could hack my device. Obviously they did not tell me about and locked my equipment. 3. Went around in a car and took pictures/photographs of the leased office building scaring the tenants. 4. Did not return calls - Home Advisor requested to discuss issue

"Lets clear a few things up as others can see we maintain a high review because we do quality work and we take care of our customers as you stated many times to my sales manager the tech was doing a wonderful job The only deflecting was done on your part as you didn't want anything in writing We were wanted about you from the general contractor and we should have rejected the work when you stated you had purchased the lowest and cheapest camera system on the market 1.The builder had only rum cables for your inside cameras and the 6 you added to the outside of the building yes we used the provided cable and you were only charged for time and material 2. we always use one of our generic emails so you have an option when YOU forget your password we have no way to lock your equipment 3. Yes after we fired you as a customer due to the fact you said that you were not going to pay the bill we sent it to our collections company and they hire a private investigator to gather info because you failed to pay a debit You complain about the bill and us charging you for time spent on the job but that was not a concern to you when you had my tech waiting to drill a hole while you had out a measuring tape or better yet had him out in the parking lot dragging around a sheet of plywood full of concrete chunks"
