I recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Chris Jenkins and his guys are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, informative, friendly, efficient, polite, and considerate. They answered all of my questions, didn't make me feel dumb, and reassured me along the way. I was able to text Chris with questions, and he responded quickly. He even went above and beyond to make sure I knew what to look out for when dealing with other companies. From the time I started my inquiry for an estimate with their company until the day they completed their work, they did not drag their feet. They get the job done, and they did it well! I could not ask for a better experience.

Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
To me, the equipment recommended by the company is too small. My home is always cold I wake up in the am to 64-degree temp but I guess I will learn to live with it.

"We install a 3.0-ton heat pump setup with a 10kw heat kit the house is around 1600 sqft on an unfinished basement with no insulation. No insulation in the floor joist. And ductwork is not insulated. The customer went from a coal furnace to a heat pump due to health issues. I went out and partially wrapped the duct and left bubble wrap insulation to wrap the rest. Also, there are several busted windows in the basement with cardboard in them. So I suggested wrapping the entire duct and insulate floors due to not having a heat source in the basement warming the floors etc. 3-ton system was putting 120-degree air out the registers when it was 24"

All I can say is that this guy is excellent. If you need a/c, this is your man. I had a few other estimates for this work which was substantially more expensive. Chris provided an estimate upon discussing the project with me at my home. He was very competitive with his job bid. The Cooper and Hunter split A/C units are a quality unit. They are very quiet and have greater efficiency than the previous window units. I should have done this years ago. Don't wait. If you need A/C give Chris a call. You won't be disappointed. These are heat pump units so they will heat in the cooler days in the Fall. I have gas baseboard heat with no duct work so the split units are ideal. I had them installed to mainly cool my home though it is nice to have the option of heating for cool Fall nights where firing up the main heating system is not needed.

The install went fine, but shortly after we had water damage to our ceiling below the internal unit due to the drain line backing up. We called and asked if he would come back out and look at running the drain line to a different location to prevent this from happening. 4 weeks later he has no longer returned calls and continues to avoid speaking with us. Highly recommend taking your business else where. We are more than willing to pay for the line to be re-run somewhere and else do not even blame them for the water damage, but the fact that calls have not been return in 4 weeks is unacceptable. I will gladly update the review if we are contact and the situation is resolved

"We hooked to existing drain lines which worked fine for 2 months. The drain line was flushed and performed at the time of installation. Drain lines clog all the time. Fyi air handler drain pan has a slope built into it to allow proper drainage."
