I've built alot of homes, and while this was not a house build, it was close. We added a 4th car garage to an existing home with the mandate that it had to look like it was built when the house was built. It came out great. I enjoyed working with Rodney; he was transparent, up front, and I beleive honest. I did get a 2nd estimate with another company, prior to hiring him and both prices were within 5% of each other. I went with Rodney, because I felt as if I was dealing with a friend, not just another contractor trying to sell a job. And that's how it worked out... I have no reservations about using him again whenever the time comes to build another house or remodel the one I have. I highly recommend him.

Rodney was referred to us after we had experienced a bad situation with another contractor. Knowing this, Rodney treated us very well and was transparent through the entire process and delivered us a beautifully designed and functional basement that is more like a full second home for my mother-in-law. The full kitchen is state-of-the-art and rivals anything youâ ll see on the Magnolia Network. The two full bathrooms are gorgeous with beautiful tile work. The family room was built with beautiful accent ceiling beams and was engineered perfectly for a large open concept basement. We also got two large bedrooms, a large utility/laundry room, two walk-in closets, two amazing secret rooms and a very large storage room. We couldnâ t be happier (nor could my mom-in-law) and best of all, we have a new life long friend with a terrific family we had the pleasure of getting to know. Never thought Iâ d say we were glad we had a bad experience initially, but we are because we wouldnâ t have met Rodney and his family otherwise! Iâ d recommend him anytime!

We built a new 1,280 sq. ft. barn. I reviewed the concept with Rodney and he took it from there. Rodney provided several design options that allowed us to make some critical adjustments prior to starting the project. Making the adjustments in the beginning, helped us avoid costly change orders down the road. We ran into some setback issues with the county and Rodney walked us through the application process and even attended the planning and zoning meeting where we applied for the variance. Rodney along with some great subcontractors exceeded our expectations, even in the middle of a pandemic.

We did a complete basement finish. Rodney Weems gave us great layout designs and finish options. He is so easy to work with and uses very professional subs which he has long standing business relations with.Tile guy is an absolute artist. Built in bookshelves are beautiful and made with very reasonably priced materials.He came in on budget and In the time frame promised. He was always available to answer questions.I would definitely use R.C. Weems again for large or small construction projects, Definitely a pro.

This project took almost 3 months to complete and technically is still not finished. II actually ended up being the "project manager" on this job.. We still have some outstanding items and it has been months since we wrapped up the project.. The work, that was completed, was actually nice..

I originally spoke with Rodney about building my porch and for some reason I went with someone else - big mistake - so when it came time to do my kitchen remodel, I called Rodney right away. He'd just recently finished a deck for my boss (which turned out great) and I am so happy I hired him to do my kitchen! It looks beautiful and his attention to detail and customer service are the best I've encountered. He even came over late one night after the job was finished to clean up some stain that the painters overlooked. You don't find people like that anymore! A+ contractor.

We wanted to finish our basement, so I contacted three different companies, did my research and called referrals. I am so glad we used RC Weems for our basement to be finished. He got back to me right away with a very detailed proposal. He was always available to communicate, very thorough and honest, and a joy to work with. All of his subs are wonderful and very talented at what they do. I highly recommend him for any home project, am happy to be a referral, and plan to use him again in the near future!

Unlike some contractors I have worked in the past, Rodney had some amazing ideas and also was there to walk us through the process the entire way. He was always on call and always responded immediately. He had unique ideas that matched up to my vision but also was cost efficient. He was very efficient and had an amazing team that would be there some days for 10 hours! I would hire him for every project.
