I called and Raphael came the same day. Had the repair complete in under an hour. He explained the repair to me as he was doing it and how to maintain the door so I won't need this fix again. I knew exactly what it would cost before he started.

Raphael, owner of RC Window is the one you talk with he comes to your house gives you the estimate and performs the work. How great is that? He takes great pride in his work and doesnâ t except final payment until the job is completed to your satisfaction. High quality service at a fair price. Raphael was on time & did a great job! The rollers on my sliding door were broken & they were replaced in 45 minutes. Most door companies only want to replace the door or the glass, but very few want to repair / replace the rollers. Will definitely use RC Windows & Doors for future window / door repairs or replacements.
