No additional work was performed with my knowledge and approval which I greatly appreciate. The work was completed on time despite the additional agreed upon work.

Very pleased with the job, I provided the paint. they even asked if I had any old paint for the back side of the facia board to match the stucco. Looks great. would not even know the job was done. excellent cleanup also. Drain outlet for air conditioner was accidently broken during the job. could have just ignored it but repaired and replaced the pipe that snapped. .

After beginning demolition the company changed the scope of work. Workers left a mess and when they returned to complete the project they refused to clean up their mess and left the project and the structure appears to be failing after less than a year. They offered me a partial refund but I have never gotten it.

As stated in other comments, the company did the job, and worked cleanly. Rolando (owner/operator) was personable, and easy to work with. He was quickly able to meet with us, survey the project, consult, and give a quote (and the next open date). He started the job and completed on the scheduled date.

Great company. Had a rental property that needed a dry rot problem to be taken care of immediately. Met with us, quoted the project and started the job a couple weeks later. Did a wonderful job. Completed before heavy rains began! Would definitely use this company again.
