We are disappointed we need to write this review, but Richard is no longer responding to us, and we hope by sharing our experience, others might avoid similar frustrations and money lost. While Richard and his team were pleasant to work with during the install of our LVP flooring in our family room and adjoining laundry room, shortly after the work was complete, we noticed some planks flexing and eventually buckling. We notified Richard and when they came to our house, they informed us we purchased cheap LVP with a weak locking system. We had never installed LVP, and went to Floor and Decor and purchased flooring based on the color profile (Nucore was the brand we selected). If Richard thought it was cheap during install, we would have taken his recommendation and purchased another brand, but that was never raised with us. After additional research, including looking at Nucore installation instructions, it says the floor must be level, and unfortunately, our laundry room is pitched. The laundry room is where all the buckling is happening. I shared this information with Richard and he said he would come back to build up the unleveled areas, which he did. We purchased more flooring, and him and his crew fixed the problematic areas. But a month later the same issues occurred. The planks are buckling again in more areas then the first time. I contacted a second contractor who specializes in flooring installation and they said LVP should never be installed on unlevel floor. We have been contacting Richard to see about making this situation right, but he no longer responds to us. So sadly, we need to cut our losses and look for a new contractor to fix the floors. In summary, we would advise individuals to be cautious in hiring Richard for flooring specific projects.

They took time to make sure they found the source of the problem before beginning to repair it.

I made an appointment with Richard. On appointment date I called him to confirm but was told that he would have an MRI and cannot come so we rescheduled. when he came for work with a helpet, wrote a contract. He did some of the work (poor quality though) and did not finish the rest. The gutter was not leveled, nor cleaned. He had hand injury so that might have affected his work but he did have help and he did not come back to finish the job for which he was paid.

They did a great job installing an attic opening on very short notice. I received an estimate the same day I contacted them, communication was great and very friendly service. The job they did was excellent, even impressed our home inspector. I will definitely consider them for future projects .

R.Cozzie removed my fence. They were very professional & were able to complete this quickly & carefully without damaging any landscaping. I highly recommend them!
