Great experience contracting with R.D. Construction LLC for a replacement roof with 60 mil TPO Reinforced Membrane hot air welded together on a large mobile home and a new sidewalk. Skilled diligent workers, fast, coordinated and impressive attention to detail. Good cleanup. The owner, Ramon, was every bit a professional. Will refer this company and use again.

Had them complete a 14x14 patio. They recommended curved steps which I hadn't even thought of.....they turned out great. Only wish they had placed a barrier between the wood on the house and the concrete where the steps meet the house....and not left a piece of concrete yard liner under one corner as it didn't stay in place and left a void under one corner. I woud definitely use these guys again.

Free estimate and completion of project in under one week. Backyard patio concrete (27'x10') and 3 large concrete steps for $2,756. Only area of improvement is reducing or removing splatter from house. I had to remove splatter and repaint small areas of painted siding panels.

Had them add a roof on a new shed (10x12). Needed them to finish roof end panels and all roofing areas. Estimated in the morning and because the team wouldn't start another project the following day, completed it on the same day, late AM and afternoon. Good price and availability. A+ Work. Will use them again. Looks very good.

Ramon and his team were outstanding! They removed the old concrete and got the new walkways laid very quickly. They used rebar just as I had requested. The walkways look great! They did an outstanding job cleaning up as well. While laying the forms they accidentally hit two of my sprinkler lines. Ramon came back and he personally repaired the lines and apologized. I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service and how quickly Ramon responded! I highly recommend this company!!

Warning... I am writing this to warn anybody form doing business with this company...... Let me tell you a story about RD Home improvements. First off I had them come out and give me an estimate for a concrete job. A 8x10 concrete slab with a 2 foot retaining wall on the up hill side. I drew the company a layout of where I wanted the concrete slab and wall and gave it to them for a reference. The next day they sent me a bid for the job via email for $1,680.00. I accepted and they scheduled to come out on the 18th to dig and set forms and pour the following day. I took time off of work on these days to be there. They called me at 6:37 the night before and said that cant make it and have to push it back a day. So, now on the 19th 2 men show up and start working at 9:00am, digging to make it level for the slab. The 2 works put up the half of the forms for the slab and wall. At 4:45 the owner Ramon Duran and co-worker show up and want to talk with me. Ramon tells me that "It is going to cost you $500.00 more to finish the job" the way that I drew on the diagram or he was just going to do half of the job that I bid for. After 20 mins of conversation with Ramon I agreed to $220.00 more. All 4 of them were at my house until 10:13pm to finish the forms because they scheduled the concrete delivery for 7:00am. I spoke with Ramon and told him that I DID NOT WANT the concrete truck on my driveway for fear of cracking it. He said "oh no sir, we won't do that. It's to much weight for your driveway (40,00 for truck and 12,00 in concrete = 52,000 lbs). We will wheelbarrow the concrete up your driveway. So, at 7:05 I go out to see the concrete truck on my driveway unloading concrete! I spoke to Ramon and he said " oh no sir, it will be fine. We don't have time to bring it up your driveway! I told him if there are cracks in my driveway that he was going to fix them. He said, "No problem sir, no problem". After the concrete left I walked out to my driveway and sure enough there were 2 cracks right where the tires were. I brought them to his attention. He had the audacity to tell me that they were already there before! At this point I had enough and I went inside to cool off. They said they were going to be finished around noon and were going to be gone. I walked out their at 12:45 and they were gone and everything was still in my backyard. They showed back up at 4:14 to start taking the form down. They finally finished at 5:57 and asked me to pay for there SHITTY JOB. I asked for a bill to show the work they did and the 5 year warranty that was in the estimate. They said that it is past 5:00 and I would have to come into the office on Monday to get the receipt. That I had to pay by credit card with a 3% additional charge on top of the $1900.00. I almost lost my mind at this point.... I go in on Monday to get the receipt. Which is a one room office in somebody else's office that they rent out. No sign or anything on the door. I had to ask the receptione

The estimate was next day & what I considered a very fair price. The crew showed up on the expected day & time & dealing with some rain delays they worked hard to complete my project as soon as was possible. The results are outstanding, I couldn't be happier with the care they took with every step of the process. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the near future for other projects. Job well done, thank you.

They scheduled to come out to grade and put forms on the first day but ended up laying the cement the same day. Next morning they were out to clean up and pull the forms. I couldn't move my shed back in place so they came out a few days later and put it back. Their quote was lower mid range for the five quotes and they kept to that price. Everything is graded for water to go away from the house and looks great.

I had to have work done quickly, but it was raining all the time. They managed to get it done somehow. Helped with insurance company also. They had ideas that I should have run with, but unfortunately I resisted. Great crew, real nice office people, really great!!

They came right when they said they would which was so appreciated. They did a really good job in record time for a reasonable price. Aldo was very personable and just pleasant to do business with. I would definitely hire them again.

Very respectful and prompt. They showed up when they said they would and took care to adhere to my wishes regarding being careful to avoid damaging my garden. I am a very tough grader so to get 4 stars or more from me is outstanding, nothing negative is implied. I would hire them again and will consider it next year when I will need to have the exterior of my house painted
