Moe tells you straight to your eyes and gives you false promises. Trust me you will believe him. But he has no knowledge of the work grading in fact he told me his real job is with oil companies. My fault for not to stop there after knowing this is a part-time thing. He has no equipment to work with, he broke the contract and asked for more money, he asks for money in the middle of work too, very slow and project time doubled, end result was still disappointing because I will have to hire another professional after spending $5250 which he held me for $750 more and still did not finish. Please be careful with him, he will rush you into doing wrong things. He asked me to lie to the city too. In the end, I blame myself for ignoring a bunch of red flags since day one. I wish I can post our contract and our text messages here.

"Customer had other plans that were not mentioned to me when I gave the original estimate. The day I got there is when I found out all the other ideas they had. I was prepared to do what we discussed originally but unfortunately they made changes the day of without informing me. I even did all the extra work they asked for WITHOUT charging them anything more than what I told them originally. Its a shame that their miscommunication cost me a my 5 star rating. - Morrison Koffi"

The one thing that is so important is some of these jobs will take more time than thought, Moe was always letting me know during the day how is scheduled day was progressing, that way I was never left wondering if he was still coming... I gave a 5.0 rating, and was so happy to do it !!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL !!!
