David and his crew did a fantastic job of repairing and refinishing our floors! We had 800 sq feet of original 1955 red oak with several spots that needed to be replaced due to water damage from the previous owner s plants. The wood they chose and the way it was stagger-cut made it so its almost impossible for anyone to notice that there was ever a damaged area! The water-based polyurethane used to finish the floors is a high-quality brand, and it looks amazing. He was upfront about pricing, communicated well, made sure we got what we wanted, and finished our project quickly. I definitely recommend R and D Hardwood Floors!

David and his crew did an amazing job on our floors! They refinished and added to our existing hardwood floors. His team was professional, on-time and fast. They matched our existing hardwoods well and we love the floors!

Dave and crew were here on time. Masked off entire work area. (extra with all other estimates) Took care not to damage or nick baseboards. Did 3 stain samples on the floor that we could pick from. Did a fantastic job of sanding and finishing! Cleaned up after the job. TOP NOTCH! Would use again!

Worked around our schedule

The floors turned out phenomenal. I was not expecting to do so much touch ups around the counters because the machine that was used took paint off our cabinets.

The qulaity of work was very good. I had to have them come back to re-do some crack-fill, but everything else was done very well. David is very responsive and quickly scheduled my project. He came out within a day to bid the job and within a week to do the work. I am very pleased with the timeliness and quality of work David and his crew did.

My floors had an old black carpet pad stuck to it. Now I have the beautiful wood floor that was hiding underneath!
